| | | | Terre di Orpiano is a typical Marchigian farmhouse dating back to the 19 th century. The architecture of the house reminds the territory and the renovation works have been carried out with total respect to its history and in harmony with the surrounding nature.
Accomodation is available in four spacious apartments which offer comfort and privacy and can sleep between two and four guests.
The house is located on a secluted and dominating position with uninterrupted views across the Potenza valley with the art town of San Severino Marche overlooked by its medieval towers and the hilly lands. It is set inside a property of 15 ha of arable land with olive groves that is normally planted with wheat or sunflowers.
There is a good sized pool measuring 6m x 13 m suitable for children with steps down into the shallow end. It is set on a natural panoramic terrace where guests can relax with a full immersion in the nature and its rainbow of colours, enjoying a picture postcard landscape with distant views over the hills.
