want to find ( ex. private swimming pool, air conditioning, parking, garden, Internet,
microwave, dishwasher, etc etc ), inside the price limits indicated by you.
The Quick Search permit you also to read the Tourist Travel Tips of any Region
or Province. | | Finding
an accommodation or a property | We list
the accommodations and the properties per Country, Region and Province; you can
also choose a Tourist Region and a Tourist Province: ex.: Region Italian Lakes
and Province Como Lake, or Region Italian Small Islands and the Province Ischia.
At the first selection you will find the properties listed by a short description
stripe, including a photo and a map: if you click on the stripe, a complete description
of the property will appear, with 5 picture, with the prices, and with the list
of attractions, amenities and services. | | Contact
the innkeeper or the owner | | The contact
details (e-mail, telephone, fax) are written at the bottom of the page of each
property. We suggest to write an email giving you name and email address, stating
the number of people and the dates that you are interested in. You will find an
easy email form for such a request. If you not get an answer within three we recommend
to phone the innkeeper/owner. | | Making
a booking | | You will find the booking
condition on the Price Table. Usually is requested a payment in advance between
25% - 50% , to secure the booking. The payment of the balance is usually paid
6 or 4 weeks before the arrival date. Often is required a safety deposit to secure
an eventual breakage, and for energy and telephone charges. These charges must
be metered. Each innkeeper or owner will have their own policy for booking and
for cancellations; we recommend to ask a clear statement of the charges for last
