Very peaceful location in a private park of 40.000 mq of olive trees and oaks in the Lepini hill district, with a magnificent view on the surrounding mountains, the Pontine plains and Mount Circeo on the Mediterranean Sea.
30 Km from the famous beaches of Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo, 1 hr by car from the National Park of Abruzzo, half an hour from National Park of Circeo, 1 hr by train from the heart of Rome.
The most disturbing noises here are the songbirds and the crickets: if you seek peace and calm, and eno-gastronomic excursions, this is a place for you! If you seek entertainment, the Dolce Vita of Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo are within 1/2 h by car, and in 1 hr, by train, you can reach Rome with all its attractions. Suitable also for families with small children, pets allowed upon agreement (possibility for dog/cat-sitting).
Interesting places to visit nearby: Fossanova Abbey and the medieval Borgo, Ninfa natural Oasis and Circeo's National Park, Sermoneta Castle and medieval Town, Terracina and the Temple of Jupiter, the Pontine Isles, the hill towns of the Ciociaria district with prehistoric, roman and medieval sites.
The owners, living in the Main House, will greet you at your arrival and departure, and will be glad to give any information you might need to make your stay even more enjoyable. Languages spoken English, French, Italian. Prices include also bed linen and towels. Simple house rules to be respected for a pleasant and safe stay.
At your arrival you will receive a dossier with local maps, information on near-by restaurants, pizzeria, food and local product shops, and major tourist attractions.
